Personal health











These are this May Day Holiday


















I did not went to the gymnasium to do some exercise, because gymnasium is a air proof place, so may be the air in there is not very fresh. May be it is not very good for people to stay in there for a long time. Before I exercise myself I slept for 12 hours everyday. Even that I still feel very tried, maybe I slept too much.
When my mother said:” you should not sleep so much, it is not good for you health. You should do some exercise……” I found I have to change my life style, I should do some thing to change my lazy. So I got up at 6 o’clock and then go running with my mother. Then in the afternoon I played badminton with my sister for about 2 hours a day. From this activity a found I am not stupid, I just lazy, if there is a place can let me sit for a very long time, then I don not want to move any more. So I decided to get up early and go out for a walk if I do not have things to do.
Do some exercise always good for you health, if you can persevere in doing exercise that can improve your body language. If you say:” I do not have time to do some exercise.” That was not a reason, that shows you are a lazy person just like me. I think if you want to do some exercise, you can do that any time, any where, any thing can help you exercise yourself. Not only morning exercise is good for people, if you do some exercise, not very strong exercise, that will be good for your body language.
Let me show you the day I did exercises: in the morning I go running with my mother, then have breakfast with her. The other time I read some books and play the computer games. In the afternoon I played badminton with my older sister for about 2 hours. In the evening I did 20 sit-ups a day. This kind of life continued for about one week. That week I had the most energy.
There I suggest if you want to live longer you had better do more exercises and continues exercises so that your life must be more exciting. Do not try to find reason to let you be lazy. Do more exercise can help you feel more energy. It is not very health to sit in the fount of the computer for a day. That you can jump up and down for several times ,before you go to bed. Of course you had better drink a cup of milk ,because it will good for your health ,also it can help you fell in sleep much better.
So from this activity I found that if you want to be health you had better get up early in the morning and do some exercise. Not every sports is good ,you should not do some strong exercise very suddenly ,that is not good for you heart.
